1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by JMT Travel Services Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

  • Visa Assistance (Tourist, Business, Student, and Transit Visas)
  • Air Ticketing (Domestic & International)
  • Hotel Booking
  • Holiday & Customized Tour Packages

By submitting a query, making a booking, or using our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms in full.


2. Scope of Services

a. Visa Assistance

We act as facilitators in visa processing and documentation support.
The final decision to approve, reject, or delay any visa lies solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate. JMT Travel has no control over embassy decisions, processing timelines, or additional requirements.

We provide complete end-to-end visa assistance, ensuring accuracy in applications and timely updates to clients throughout the process.

b. Travel & Booking Services

Our team arranges flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages based on customer requirements and real-time availability.
All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.


3. Documentation & Information

You are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and valid information for all services, including visa processing and travel arrangements.

JMT Travel is not liable for any rejection, delay, or cancellation caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation.
We may request copies of necessary documents such as passports, ID proofs, travel itineraries, and photographs solely for service execution purposes.


4. Payments & Charges

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the quotation or invoice shared by JMT Travel.
  • Prices are subject to revision depending on currency fluctuations, government regulations, or availability at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges due to cancellations, amendments, or date changes requested by the customer will be borne solely by the traveler.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other approved digital methods.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Visa Services

  • All visa application fees, embassy charges, and JMT service fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.
  • If an application is withdrawn after submission, partial charges may apply depending on the progress of processing.

b. Flights & Hotels

  • Refund and cancellation policies depend on the respective airline or hotel provider.
  • JMT Travel will process eligible refunds after deducting service and third-party cancellation fees.

c. Tour Packages

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our team.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the travel date and on supplier terms.

6. Service Limitations

JMT Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party vendors such as airlines, embassies, and hotels.
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, losses, or damages arising from the actions or policies of these third parties.

We also do not take responsibility for:

  • Changes in visa rules or government travel advisories
  • Entry restrictions or documentation requirements of destination countries
  • Force majeure events like strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics

7. Client Responsibilities

As a valued customer, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information at every stage of your booking or visa application
  • Maintain valid travel insurance (especially for international trips)
  • Comply with immigration laws, health regulations, and customs rules of your destination country
  • Verify the validity of your passport and visa before departure

8. Limitation of Liability

JMT Travel shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa rejection or delay caused by consular authorities
  • Flight cancellations, schedule changes, or missed connections
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Additional expenses due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen travel restrictions

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.


9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and images — is the exclusive property of JMT Travel Services Pvt. Ltd.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Your personal details are used strictly for providing services and communication related to your travel and visa applications.

11. Force Majeure

JMT Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by factors beyond our control — such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, or system failures.

In such cases, alternate arrangements or partial refunds will be made only as per supplier policies.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the matter will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.


13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website, reflecting the updated “Effective Date.”
